    Our suggestions:
    At the moment the situation in the land market allows you to opt for only 2 ways to acquire agricultural land. Since the purchase and sale of such lands is prohibited by the moratorium, the only economically advantageous way to obtain land is to lease it, or buy companies that have the right to lease it. Each of the options has its cons and pros, some of which we described below.


    Acquisition of a company:
    The most rapid and efficient method to obtain the land today, provides full or partial purchase of corporate rights of the tenants of agricultural land. All businesses, which we prepared and offer are being sold, so if you wish to reserve a company for the future purchase it is necessary to sign a preliminary contract with the owner, which defines the term, price and general terms of purchase according to Ukrainian legislation and to pay the amount of 5% to 20% of deposit / advance / prepayment (chosen by the parties).


    Advantages:

    ·        Fast acquisition - as we have done initial work on the preparation of each company for sale, you do not have to spend much time examining business. Our work in preparation of businesses for sale guarantees a quick and trouble-free procedure of purchase;

    ·        Easy-to-market – it is not necessary to establish a new enterprise, all land lease contracts has been concluded and all necessary charges are paid. Big plus for foreign companies – it is much cheaper to buy a company-resident, it eliminates the need for further registration, obtaining additional permits, and paying another taxes;

    ·        Land is prevalently cultivated;

    Disadvantages:

    ·        Higher cost comparing to the direct land lease method.

    Direct land lease:
    In a small stock of time, this method allows to lease land much cheaper than in the previous version. Provides the registration or purchase of an enterprise and conducting of land lease contracts directly on your enterprise.

    Advantages:

    ·       Low cost - about 150 dollars per 1 hectare, including all fees and commissions. For example, we can offer Chernigivsky region:

    Very productive black-earth soil, suitable for all crops

    Rainfall – about 600-650 mm of water per year

    Sun radiance duration – about 1900 hours per year

    Lowest winter temperature - -36°C

    Highest summer temperature - +39°C

    ·       Efficiency - with the competent approach allows you to create a positive image of your company in the eyes of local inhabitants, which greatly simplifies the business;

    ·        Possibility of an arbitrary choice of the region and the required land area, soil type and other conditions;

    Disadvantages:

    ·       Relatively more time is necessary to set - from 1 month to 4 months depending on the conditions and areas;

    ·        Lands mainly are not cultivated.
