Our suggestions: At the moment the situation in the land market allows you to opt for only 2 ways to acquire agricultural land. Since the purchase and sale of such lands is prohibited by the moratorium, the only economically advantageous way to obtain land is to lease it, or buy companies that have the right to lease it. Each of the options has its cons and pros, some of which we described below.
Acquisition of a company: The most rapid and efficient method to obtain the land today, provides full or partial purchase of corporate rights of the tenants of agricultural land. All businesses, which we prepared and offer are being sold, so if you wish to reserve a company for the future purchase it is necessary to sign a preliminary contract with the owner, which defines the term, price and general terms of purchase according to Ukrainian legislation and to pay the amount of 5% to 20% of deposit / advance / prepayment (chosen by the parties).
Advantages:
