3. Legal business support (continuous process of providing full complex of legal services for any kind of business; detailed analysis of all legal documents, providing payment procedures, etc) – 5000$ per 1 month;

4. Legal providing of any kind of bargains (analysis, preparation and providing bargains of any kind) – from 3000 to 10 000$;

5. Sale/purchase of the corporate rights of the agricultural manufacturers (provides complete preparation, verification, legal and technical audit, assistance in striking a bargain, legal support. Our company provides full complex of services in purchasing/selling or rent of soil) – from 10 to 30$ per 1 hectare;

6. Support of bargains connected with long term land-lease (providing current payment procedures with land owners, solving all problems that may cause with local government, all government funds and services, persons and enterprises, etc; you are doing business – we are solving all your problems) – from 3 to 10$ per 1 hectare per year;

7. Direct collecting of land – means signing lease contracts with land owners for your enterprise (the cheapest method to lease agricultural lands, but requires more time – from 1 to 4 months) – from 20 to 50$ per 1 hectare (all extra obligatory payments and taxes varies from region to region but in general price will be about 120-150$ per 1 hectare).
